This species of fish is one of the most overlooked gamefish on the planet. As fly fishing legend Lefty Kreh states, "Few fish in the world pull harder than the Jack Crevalle." The painting used to create these prints was inspired by the Jacks he caught on the beaches of Tortuguero, Costa Rica while there doing research on Sea Turtles. - For the 12" x 24" print the fish itself is 21" long.

- For the 20" x 40" print the fish itself is 36" long.

My mission as an artist is to inspire an appreciation for and curiosity about nature and its creatures by communicating the aesthetic beauty of this planet’s amazing creatures as they really are.

It is my hope that this appreciation will result in acts of empathy & stewardship towards these incredible creatures portrayed in my paintings.
